Achievements.
If you used one or more of these features under the paid plan, the refund does not apply.
03Outside the window
After 15 days from purchase, no refunds are issued, even if you have not used the exclusive features.
04How to request it
Email despiertabro5@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Refund request".
Include the purchase date and the account email. We will reply within a reasonable time and, if it applies, process the refund via PayPal.
