NEVER FOLD is a tool for logging, tracking and analyzing trading activity. It is not an execution platform, does not place orders in real markets, and does not provide personalized financial advice.
02Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only with your own data, without attempting to breach its security, without automating abusive requests, and without uploading illegal, offensive or third-party content without permission.
03Intellectual property
All educational content, software, the NEVER FOLD brand, logos and designs belong to the owner. Your trading data and screenshots remain yours.
04Subscription and payments
Pro and Elite subscriptions are billed via PayPal, the only payment processor enabled today.
Renewal is automatic under the billing cycle you pick (monthly or annual) and you can cancel any time from PayPal or your subscription panel.
05Account termination
You can close your account any time by emailing despiertabro5@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the platform at risk.
06No liability over results
NEVER FOLD does not guarantee profits, returns or results of any kind. Any trading decision is solely the user's responsibility.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Ecuador.
